Microsoft Exchange server 2007's leap year bug

Microsoft exchange 2007 server has a bug which effects many servers today. The problem is people can't create a new mailbox in many exchange servers today. The error message is like " The Exchange server address list service failed to respond. This could be because of an address list or email address policy configuration error". I have encountered that problem in one of the 2007 exchange servers at work. The other two servers are working fine. I don't know why that bug not effects to all the 2007 exchange servers. Anyway, after I changed the system date to March, 1st and rebooted the server, it works. That bug can't make me nervious, just wondering because the server I encountered that bug is just the testing server, not the production one. That problem is also described in the Microsoft technet forum too. It's fun for me to encounter that leap year bug today anyway.
